Flashing via Serial line using ATK from Freescale (i.MX31)

(tested with i.MX31 on DEV-i.MX31 Revision 2.1)

• Install and start Advanced Toolkit (Windows program!)
• select i.MX CPU: i.MX31 TO2
• Device Memory initial: DDR
• Select Serial Port (NOT USB)
• Change boot mode on Devboard
  • 00001011 (1...8) ON = 1; OFF = 0
• Select Flash Tool, click GO (!)
• Flash Model: NOR S71....
• Operation Type: Program
• Select Image
• Start Flashing (Takes a while)
• Change Boot mode to normal:
  • 01011011 (1...8) ON = 1; OFF = 0
• If the boot mode is changed, board must be resetted afterwards.
